Description

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment, on behalf of the Bureau of Water, is seeking competitive bid proposals from qualified vendors to carry out full psychometric exam validation procedures for the five (5) levels of Kansas Operator certification for water supply operators. The validation procedures will include conducting a job analysis, developing need-to-know criteria, developing and coordinating question review processes, and conducting exam workshops.
