Scope of Services
HEMC has identified the need for additional equipment and manpower for tree trimming in the event of storm damage. The goal of this contract is to provide HEMC during 2026-2028 with equipment and qualified manpower to restore power after a storm. The work will be typical for that as a result of hurricanes, ice storms, and tornadoes. The contractor shall provide all labor and equipment necessary to complete this service.
Duration and Assignability. Start date will be determined on an as needed basis determined by HEMC. Duration will be determined by HEMC.
