RFP for Construction Management and Inspection Services for City of Santa Ana PFAS Treatment at John Garthe Reservoir (RFP-25-002)

The Orange County Water District (“OCWD” or District) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide construction management and inspection services for the City of Santa Ana (the City) PFAS Treatment at John Garthe Reservoir. OCWD intends to evaluate the proposals received and enter into a Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) with the qualified firm. The work is expected to commence on November 1, 2025. This Agreement will be for a minimum term of thirty (30) months for the period from November 1, 2025 to May 1, 2028.
