Scope of Services
HCPS requires the Contractor to provide timely, accurate, and reliable school bus air-conditioning repair and maintenance services. All repairs shall be performed in accordance with applicable EPA regulations, MACS standards, and nationally recognized air-conditioning industry requirements. All parts and workmanship shall be covered by the manufacturer`s or Contractor`s applicable warranty. Services shall include air-conditioning systems on diesel, electric, propane, and gasoline-powered Type A and Type C school buses. Technicians should be trained and qualified to service both R-134a and R-1234yf air-conditioning systems. Certification in refrigerant handling and applicable safety training for these systems is preferred. The Contractor shall also provide vehicle status updates via telephone and email, provide timely invoices, work/part warranty information.

Many of our mechanics have worked for us for over 10 years do not have updated resumes to provide. These resumes would put us over the 2-4 page limit of the qualifications summary. Do we have to include resumes for our staff?
