Description

The Tarrant County Hospital District d/b/a JPS Health Network (the “District”) is seeking Statements of Qualification for the selection of a design professional to provide all engineering and/or architectural design services for the WAREHOUSE RENOVATIONS (the “Project”) for the District.

The District will reject any response that fails to comply in all respects with the instructions set forth herein for responding to this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”). NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE , even if Respondent is currently or has previously been under contract with the District. The contract awarded, if any, under and pursuant to this RFQshall supersede any previous contract, bid, or agreement for the products or services described herein.
