18" FILTER MODULATING VALVES - NOTICE ONLY NO SUBMISSIONS

Procurement Notice The Washington County Water Conservancy District (district) will award a contract for 18’’ filter modulating valves and actuator R&R on or after April 8, 2026 as a non-standard procurement because pursuant to rules adopted by the district under Utah Code Section 63G-6a-802, making the award through a standard procurement process would be impractical and not in the best interest of the district, as set forth in the Procurement Statement. The procurement notice indicates that the intended procurement falls under the small-purchase category for general services or products. Given cumulative thresholds, it is not advantageous for operations to exceed the annual limit.
