Description: ADVERTISEMENT AND INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR DEMOLITION The City of Corsicana will receive bids for the Demolition of the structure at 405 East Collin Street (Formerly the Corsicana Daily Sun Newspaper Building) at the office of the City Manager, 200 N. 12th Street, Corsicana, Texas 75110. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked " 405 East Collin Street Demolition " in the lower left-hand corner. Bids may also be submitted by email to For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. .  Bids submitted by email must receive a confirmed receipt to be considered.  Bids will be received at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at the Government Center, 200 N. 12th Street, Corsicana, Texas 75110. Bids are invited for the items of work including, but not limited to: Demolition of existing structure including removal of foundation (approx. 17,025 sf) The City of Corsicana reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidders' qualifications prior to contract award.
