Description: City of Seabrook Solicitation Notice Sealed RFQ Project #2026-09 Financial Audit of 2021 Impact Fees Sealed Request for Qualifications for the City of Seabrook’s Financial Audit of 2021 Impact Fees, Seabrook Project No. 2026-09 will be received until 2:00 PM on May 21, 2026 by the Purchasing Coordinator, Rebecca Howton, 1700 First Street, Seabrook, Texas 77586. Statements of Qualification must be received and time stamped by the Purchasing Coordinator prior to the aforementioned time, when they will be publicly opened at Seabrook City Hall. No late SOQ’s will be accepted. RFQ documents may be obtained  from the city website at www.seabrooktx.gov , through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com , or through at www.civcastusa.com . This engagement is required under Texas Local Government Code Chapter 395, as amended by Senate Bill 1883 (2025), which mandates periodic independent audits of impact fee accounts and their administration.
