Description: Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30B, the Town of Agawam acting through its Chief Procurement Officer will receive sealed proposals for Workers’ Compensation Third Party Administration.  The full scope of work is included in the RFP. Chapter 30B. Separate sealed Technical and Price proposals should be labeled and delivered as instructed in the RFP document. Proposals must be received before August 7, 2025 at 3:30 P.M. at the address below. E-mailed or faxed submissions are not acceptable. Late Proposals will be rejected.
