Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30B, the Town of Agawam acting through its Chief Procurement Officer will receive sealed proposals for Workers’ Compensation Third Party Administration.  The full scope of work is included in the RFP.

Due Date & Time:  Proposal procedures will be in accordance with the latest edition of M.G.L. Chapter 30B. Separate sealed Technical and Price proposals should be labeled and delivered as instructed in the RFP document. Proposals must be received before August 7, 2025 at 3:30 P.M. at the address below. E-mailed or faxed submissions are not acceptable. Late Proposals will be rejected. All proposals must be endorsed with the name and business address of the Proposer and marked "RFP #25-153-001 WORKERS’ COMPENSATION THIRD PARTY ADMINISTRATION”
