BIDDER'S CHECKLIST

The following forms must be completed in full and executed by the Bidder:

1. Schedule of Pricing. All unit prices must be entered in the space provided. The

total computed prices must be entered in the spaces provided.

2. Statement of Bidder's Qualifications.

3. Instructions to Bidders.

4. Five percent (5%) Bid Bond.

The following will be executed after the Contract is awarded:

1. Contract. To be executed by the successful Bidder in triplicate.

2. Public Works Contract Bond.

3. Certificate of Insurance. To be submitted in triplicate.

4. Statement of Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages.

2026 Spruce St Curb Ramps

Notice is hereby given that Bids for “2026 Spruce St Curb ramps” will be received by the City Finance

Director until 2:00 p.m., March 27th, 2026, at which time the Bids will be opened and publicly read.

Bids will be emailed or delivered to 833 South Spruce Street, Burlington, Washington. Proposals

received after the time fixed for opening will not be considered.

This improvement project consists of removing and replacing sidewalks, curb, gutter, drainage

and ADA curb ramps along South Spruce St. The Engineer’s estimate is $200,000.

The City of Burlington reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive irregularities in the Bid or in

the Bid opening. No Bidder may withdraw their Proposal after the hours set for the opening thereof, or

before Award of Contract, unless said Award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days.
