Description: Hays County (County) is seeking proposals from a qualified, licensed, and experienced Construction Manager at Risk and invites the submittal of responses to this RFP from qualified Construction Managers at Risk (Respondents) interested in providing contractor services in connection with the construction of a new three story Mass Timber office building, approximately 72,000 square feet with a secured private and employee parking lots and two-lane covered drive-thru, located at the corner of Bebee Road and Dacy Lane in Kyle. The Project includes the installation of all on-site utilities, stormwater detention and drainage systems, public and secured private parking lots, and a two-lane covered drive-thru.
