Background

The First Street Garage currently houses an operational team and serves as the home base for field workers for the City of Cambridge Traffic, Parking & Transportation division. The project consists of Demolition and Interior Fit Out of a Metal Signs Shop, Paper Signs, Meter Maintenance, Office, and Break Room areas. Existing staff shall need to remain on-site during construction; therefore, the construction will need to occur in 2 phases.
