Description: NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids for the 2025 ASPHALT OVERLAY PROGRAM will be received by the City Clerk at City Hall, 811 Avenue E, Fort Madison, Iowa, until 3:00 P.M., on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. Any bids received after this time will be returned unopened. All bids properly received will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Specifications and instructions are available at City Hall, Public Works Department, Fort Madison, Iowa or at fortmadison-ia.com. The City of Fort Madison reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive minor technicalities, and to accept the proposal which the City Council deems to be in the best interest of the City.
