The San Bernardino City Unified School District is interested in entering into a contract with a qualified vendor to professionally modify three school site planter areas in order to improve irrigation efficiency, control erosion, and prepare the area for future landscaping. Work includes soil removal, irrigation systems conversion, grading, and erosion control measures.

Background

This is a CUPCCAA bid subject to prevailing wage. Only vendors/contractors that were previously approved and currently listed on the District's Informal CUPCCAA list are eligible to bid on this solicitation.

The mandatory vendor job walk will be at the following locations. North Verdemont Elementary School Front Office, 3555 West Myers Road San Bernardino, CA 92407. This will be followed by Del Vallejo Middle School at 1885 East Lynwood Drive, San Bernardino, CA 92404. The final walk will be at Palm Elementary School 6565 Palm Avenue San Bernardino CA 92407.
