Project Description: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the competitiveness, equity, and structure of compensation for the County’s senior leadership positions. Specific objectives include:
Benchmarking base salary and incentive/bonus compensation against relevant public, nonprofit, and private sector comparators at the local, regional, state, and federal levels.
Identifying and analyzing internal equity and any pay compression issues.
Providing updated salary bands and actionable, data-driven recommendations for compensation adjustments and related policies.
The County is seeking both analysis and practical implementation guidance to ensure long-term sustainability and alignment with organizational goals.
