Scope of Services
The School Board of Seminole County is issuing this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFQu) with the intent to select various qualified firms to provide Construction Management Services on a continuing contract pursuant to Chapter 1013, Florida Statutes; the Florida Consultant’s Competitive Negotiation Act, Section 287.055 Florida Statutes; State Requirements for Educational Facilities; Rule 6A-2.0010, Florida Administrative Code and School Board Policy. The specified services shall consist of providing Construction Management Services throughout the District, as required and directed by the District, on its various new construction, remodeling, renovation, life safety, maintenance and repair projects.
