The Arkadelphia School District in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, is accepting bids on approximately 3 acres between 12th/13th and Caddo/Pine Streets, formally home to L.M. Goza gymnasium, Tech Annex and Instructional Annex. All buildings have been demolished. The property has road frontage on Caddo, Pine and 13th Streets with utilities already onsite. The legal description is as follows: Lots Two (2), Three (3), and Four (4), Maddox Addition, Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Please submit sealed bids to Arkadelphia School District, PO Box 10, Arkadelphia, AR, 71923 - Attention: Property Bid. You can also hand deliver to 700 Clinton Street, Arkadelphia, AR, 71923. Bids must be received by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, October 16, 2026. All bids will be opened at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 16, 2026, in the Arkadelphia School District Administration Office at 700 Clinton Street, Arkadelphia, AR, 71923. Each bid must include a statement from the prospective buyer or the prospective buyer’s financial institution indicating that funds are available for the bid amount. The sale must be completed within 60 days of an accepted bid. Property is sold as-is. The Arkadelphia School District (seller) reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
