Description:

It is the intent of this Invitation For Bid (IFB) to establish a term contract for Window Cleaning, High-Reach Cleaning, and Pressure Washing to be performed on a routine and “as-needed” basis at City of Myrtle Beach facilities throughout various locations in the City. The successful contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, and all other items necessary to perform the work required under this contract

Pre-Bid Information:

A mandatory pre-bid meeting to review all equipment covered in this contract will be held at the City of Myrtle Beach Procurement Office, 3231 Mr. Joe White Avenue, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 on Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 10:00AM (Eastern). On-time attendance is required for bid consideration. Late arrival and/or failure to attend required site visits will be cause for bid rejection
