Project Description

The East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) is soliciting proposals for Sobrante Water Treatment Plant Clarifiers Replacement, Request for Proposal (RFP) No. FMC734-26-01. There will be a mandatory site walk held on Monday, May 11, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. (see RFP for details).

Completed proposals must be submitted by electronic mail (email). Please submit your proposal packet for this RFP no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2026. The RFP packet shall be emailed to:
