RFP 25-26-46 Professional Design Services for Manuel Hernadez Community Center Gymnasium HVAC System Improvements

• Deadline: August 12, 2026, at 2 pm
• The City of Visalia is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced consulting firms to provide professional design services for improvements to the Manuel Hernandez Community Center Gymnasium HVAC system. Deliverables shall include a full set of construction documents including improvement plans, specifications, and engineer’s estimate of probable construction costs as well as submission for and acquisition of a building permit to meet the goals and objectives described within RFP 25-26-46.
