Day Camp Bus Services
The City of Ballwin is seeking competitive bids for providing transportation services for the Ballwin Day Camp field trips for the summer of 2025. Bids should be clearly marked "Bus Bid" and sent to Adam Peper, #1 Ballwin Commons Circle, Ballwin, MO 63021 by no later than 10 a.m. CST February 20, 2025. Buses must be able to accommodate a minimum of 60+ campers/camp staff, be fully equipped and meet all industry standards for school buses, and all drivers must be thoroughly vetted, undergo background checks, and receive regular training to ensure the highest standards of safety. The city reserves the right to request proof of training as needed. Must provide on-time transportation to and from all scheduled field trip locations, and provide prompt communication in the event of any delays or changes. The City of Ballwin reserves the right in the City’s sole discretion to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities or deficiencies in any or all bids, to negotiate with any or all bidders or others for more favorable terms or prices, and to award a contract to other than the bidder submitting the lowest cost bid proposal, with or without negotiation. For questions and bid specifications, contact Adam Peper at 636.207.2357 or apeper@ballwin.mo.us .
