River Drive. This will be a time for contractors to take measurements, review the scope of work, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project must have a representative in attendance.Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted.
