Description: Biennial Analytical Support Bid Packet For CITY OF FERNLEY (OWNER): Sealed bids will be received by the CITY OF FERNLEY UTILITIES DEPARTMENT for the 2025-2027 Biennial Analytical Support Contract, at the office of the City of Fernley, 595 Silver Lace Blvd, Fernley, NV until Wednesday, August 27th, 2025. Bids will be opened at 2:00 P.M. The Scope of Work consists of: The comprehensive analytical support for the City’s Water and Wastewater systems. The complete description of analytical support required is described in the technical specifications of the bid package. All submitting laboratories be currently licensed and maintain laboratory certifications from the State of Nevada, Division of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Water Quality Planning, and Environmental Laboratory Services. A copy of your current certification shall be provided with the proposal package. Proposals will be accepted on a material unit cost basis. Proposals shall also include any miscellaneous charges such as minimal hourly charges travel charges, and/or mobilization/demobilization charges. The bids must include individual costs per specific item. The bids shall be reviewed and selected based on the total annual cost. Proposals must be submitted on the City of Fernley Bid Table. No proposal will be accepted from a Contractor who is not licensed for this type of work in accordance with the applicable Nevada Revised Statues. A Statement of Qualifications shall be included with the bid packages.  No proposal will be accepted from a Material Supplier who is not able to provide all the materials listed within the bid package. Terms and conditions regarding this proposal as well as bid packages shall be obtained from the City of Fernley, Utilities Department, 595 Silver Lace Blvd, Fernley, NV 89408 or contact the Utilities Department at 775-784-9932. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities in any bid or in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
