ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the WEST PITTSTON NEIHGBORHOOD PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT will be received online via the PennBid Program, by WEST PITTSTON BOROUGH, until 10:00 a.m. local time on JULY 16, 2026 at which time the Bids received will be opened electronically and publicly posted on PennBid’s website, shortly after which a notice will be posted on PennBid containing the bid results. The Project consists of new sidewalks and handicapped ramps and related work on Ledgeview Drive and Damon Street.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated as indicated in the Online Bid Form.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA Prevailing Wage Rates.
