PROJECT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES

This Addendum and Clarification item forms a part of the RFQ Documents and modifies the original

RFQ Documents issued April 2, 2026. Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum on the Addendum

Form of the Request for Qualifications. Failure to do so may subject proposal to disqualification.

CLARIFICATION:

The deadline for RFQ NO. 26-0108 PROJECT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

SERVICES has been extended to Thursday, May 1, 2026.

On Page 4 Delete:

1.0 OVERVIEW

1.1 Introductions to Proposers

One signed original qualifications response shall be submitted electronically and clearly

marked: REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS NO. 26-0108 ON Thursday, April 30, 2026 AT

10:00 A.M. to Procurement Department: procurement@nolapublicschools.com.

All visitors to NOLA-PS are required to wear mask and check in at lobby receptionist (if

applicable).

The Orleans Parish School Board will not be responsible for the opening of, post-opening of, or

failure to open a Qualification Response not properly addressed or identified.

The Orleans Parish School Board will not assume the responsibility for any delay as a result of

failure of any entity to deliver Qualifications Responses on time.

No Qualifications Response will be accepted after Thursday April 10, 2026 @ 10:00 A.M.

under any conditions unless in the best interest of NOLA-PS by an addendum notification.
