Notes	The City of Farmington is requesting BIDs for frozen, domestic (United States of America), boneless cut lamb or mutton meat to prepare a variety of lamb/mutton based dishes for the Farmington Indian Center (FIC). FIC will purchase mutton or lamb weekly and anticipates an annual need of 5,200 pounds of meat. FIC is a division of Cultural Affairs and is open to the public. The greater Farmington area and its visitors can share, participate, learn, and preserve its rich cultural heritage by participating in a variety of cultural showcases, educational activities, and opportunities. As part of the experience, FIC operates a restaurant that serves Navajo cuisine and uses lamb/mutton to prepare a variety of stews in a relaxed cultural setting.
