Renovation of the Community Health Resource Center

The City of Waterbury has identified an existing former church to be converted into a Community Health Resource Center, located at 24 Branch Street in Waterbury, CT. There will be a Mandatory Site Visit and Information Session with respect to this RFP at 1:00PM on May 27, 2026, assembling at the Lobby of the Waterbury Community Health Resource Center (former St. Lucy’s Church), 24 Branch Street, Waterbury, CT 06704.
