Description: CITY OF LAWRENCE, MASSACHUSETTS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) REACH Program Partners RFP Release Date: Monday, November 10, 2025 – 9:00 AM Proposals Due: Wednesday, November 24, 2025 – 3:00 PM The City of Lawrence, through the Office of Planning & Development – Mayor’s Health Task Force (MHTF), invites sealed proposals from qualified organizations to support the development and implementation of local health programming aimed at advancing policy, systems, and environmental changes in the areas of: food service guidelines, increased fruit and vegetable consumption, active transportation, and breastfeeding support for working mothers. Copies of the RFP may be obtained beginning November 10, 2025, from the City’s website at www.cityoflawrence.com or by registering to download the RFP.
