Notes	Sonoma County Junior College District, dba Santa Rosa Junior College is seeking proposals from established commercial providers for food and beverage vending services. This RFP is being advertised in the Press Democrat on December 19 and 26, 2024. Refer to the RFP schedule for key dates and times. Prospective contractor questions are due January 10, 2025 at 4:30 pm (PST). All questions must be sent via email to Jessica Lofgren, Buyer of Record, at jlofgren @santarosa.edu. If required, an addendum will be issued on or before January 16, 2025. All proposals must be submitted through the electronic bid portal before the deadline of 2:00 pm (PST) on January 22, 2025 .  No emailed, faxed or hard copy proposals will be accepted. All items marked with a red * are required items. No late submissions are allowed and the system times-out at the deadline.
