LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT - RFQ

ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management

wishes to procure architectural/engineering services for the Building

#260 - AASF HVAC Modernization Project (BGS 3929) at the Army

Aviation Support Facility (AASF) in Bangor, Maine. Qualifications

packages are due at 1:00 p.m. on 26 March 2026, as stated in the RFQ.

Project consists of the investigative, design, construction and

construction oversight (SIOH) services required to modernize the

existing HVAC system at the AASF at the Bangor East Training Site,

Bangor, Maine. Project also requires the updating of the existing

Building Automation Controls System (BACS).
