The purpose and intent of this term contract is to secure firm, fixed pricing and to establish a contract for Fire System Inspections & Repairs for approximately 67 locations with approximately 380 devices per location.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: A pre-bid meeting will be held in the Purchasing Department Conference Room, 2091 NE 35th St., Ocala, Florida 34479 Tuesday, May 20th at 10:00 AM. Attendance at this meeting is required for a bid submission to be accepted.
A Bid Bond in the amount of $5,000.00 is required and shall be submitted in paper form to the Purchasing Department by the Bid due date/time at the following address: The School Board of Marion County, Florida
