The City of Oakland is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in assisting the City of Oakland with processing monthly payments to reimburse City of Oakland Sworn Retirees for retiree medical on behalf of the City of Oakland through a qualified Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) and can provide ongoing HRA plan document compliance for City self-administered quarterly premium reimbursements to City of Oakland Miscellaneous Retirees.
