Notes	:	Valencia College (College) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms/individuals for pre-qualification for External Grant Evaluation Services. The College intends to add firms/individuals to a pool of pre-qualified External Grant Evaluators to provide both formative and summative evaluation of federal grants in accordance with the principles established by the American Evaluation Association. Proposers will be required to qualify based upon funding agencies. After the Proposers have been pre-qualified for the Lot(s) through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process, the College will issue a letter indicating their acceptance into the pool of qualified External Grant Evaluators within the designated Lot(s). As the College receives grant opportunities, the Resource Development Office (RDO) will issue a Quote Request (QR), within the established, approved Lot and if necessary, seek other Pre-Qualified Proposers from other Lots.
