Description: The City is currently undertaking several internal technology projects that have fiber optics components, and the Municipal Fiber Optic Master Plan should articulate a mission and vision that unifies these projects, both private and public, around its combined fiber optic networks. In addition, the plan should include specific recommendations for appropriate policies and funding mechanisms to enable it.
