Project Description

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority's (RTAA) Contracts & Procurement Department, in accordance with the provisions of NRS Chapter 332, is currently accepting sealed Proposals from qualified, professional firms or teams (Respondents) to provide customization and implementation of a revenue and contract management software solution for the RTAA. All sealed Proposals for RFP #25/26-08 Revenue & Contract Management Software Customization & Implementation shall be opened at 2:00 PM [PST], Thursday, January 15, 2026. Solicitation documents and addenda are available online at the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM) website: https://nevada.ionwave.net/. Prospective Respondents must register with the NGEM Supplier System and keep their contact information updated to continue to receive RFP solicitations and notifications. Supplier Registration profiles will be shared with all NGEM-participating government entities.
