Description: The Town of Cheshire is accepting proposals from responsible qualified design professionals for architectural and engineering services associated with the establishment of an adaptive synthetic turf field at Cheshire Park. The Town will receive Proposals for DESIGN PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, ADAPTIVE TURF FIELD CHESHIRE PARK until 11:00 AM on December 12th, 2025 at the office of Cheshire Public Works Room 213, Cheshire Town Hall, 84 South Main Street, Cheshire, Connecticut 06410. At that time, proposals will be acknowledged in public. The documents comprising the Request for Proposals (“RFP”) may be obtained on the Town's website, www.cheshirect.gov under “Bids and RFPs”. The Town of Cheshire reserves the right to amend or terminate this Request for Proposal, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award the proposal to the firm that, in the Town's sole discretion and judgment, will be in the Town's best interests.
