Project Description: The City intends to establish a Price Agreement/ Service Agreement (“Contract”) for Greenhouse maintenance and repair to include repairs and maintenance to structure, ventilation and cooling and irrigation supply components. To include: inspection of gutters and downspouts, check for corrosion on metal components, roof film removal and replacement. Cleaning, repair and replacement of ventilation and cooling systems, cleaning, repair and replacement of nozzles and emitters, and disinfection of irrigation lines and tanks. Price quotations should include labor hrs., labor rate and any materials cost.
