Description: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDMENTS TO CITY ZONING CODE CHAPTERS 165 TITLE, PURPOSE AND GENERAL PROVISIONS; CHAPTER 167 ZONING DISTRICT REGULATIONS AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS, AND CHAPTER 169 ZONING ORDINANCE OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING FOR THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL, IOWA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on the 13th day of May, 2025 at the Pleasant Hill City Council Chambers, 5160 Maple Drive, Pleasant Hill, Iowa concerning amendments to City Code Chapter 165 Title, Purpose and General Provisions; Chapter 167 Zoning District Regulations and Performance Standards and Chapter 169 Zoning Ordinance Off-Street Parking and Loading. Comments from citizens will be heard at the hearing. Written comments must be filed at the City Clerk’s Office no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13, 2025.
