Project: New Roof – Materials Support Warehouse

Project Description: The Materials Support Warehouse was built in 1996 and expanded in 2001 to 94,750 square feet to support university storage, procurement, and management of surplus goods. This project will replace the existing roof, which requires maintenance to protect occupants and the contents of the building. The new roof will be designed to provide reliable protection for the building over the next 20-30 years.

Closing Date: 5:00 PM on August 21, 2025

Project Budget: Total project budget is $2,250,000, currently funded for design only.
