Local Time on August 21, 2026. and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled at the project site at Town Office, Waitsfield, VT at 9:30 A.M., local time, on August 7, 2026. All prospective bidders are requested to attend this meeting. Each BID must be accompanied by a CERTIFIED CHECK made payable to the OWNER for FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the total amount of the BID. A BID BOND may be used in lieu of a certified check.
