Sealed Bid Proposals will be received by the City of Tuscaloosa, at the Council Chamber of City   Hall, 2201 University Boulevard, on December 10, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. local time for this project, at which time bids will be opened and read.

Pre-Bid Conference: Attendance at the MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference is required in order for a General Contractor to submit a bid on this Project. The Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Council Chamber of City Hall, 2201 University Boulevard, on December 3, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. local time.

Project Scope: Line existing storm drains along Greensboro Ave. Lining approximately 700 LF of 24” round pipe and 90 LF of 18” round pipe. Removal of an abandoned sanitary sewer line from the storm drain and replacement of sidewalk is included.
Award of the contract will be made within fifty (50) calendar days from the date of the bid opening.

Plans and Specifications:  Plans and specifications and all related Contract Documents are open for public inspection at the office of the City Engineer, located at 2201 University Blvd., Tuscaloosa, Alabama, designated as the office of the awarding authority for this purpose.  The contact person for the project is Zach O’Neal, PE.  They can be reached at [email protected] and (205)248-5397      .
