Description:	The Waterfront & Commercial Real Estate Division of the City of Los Angeles Harbor Department is soliciting Statements of Interest for the adaptive reuse of the existing Los Angeles Municipal Warehouse No. 1 for commercial and/or visitor-serving use. The RFI has been updated to include the Due Diligence Documents and the Site Tour presentation.
Pre-Proposal Conference:	Questions Due: Wednesday, January 15, 2025 by 3pm Response Posted: Friday, February 2, 2025
