Description: Sealed proposals for furnishing the following will be received at the Town of Andover, Office of Central Purchasing, Town Offices, 36 Bartlet Street, Andover, Massachusetts 01810 until the time specified below at which time the proposals will be opened. The time received will be stamped on each proposal and for a consistency of time, the clock in the Purchasing Office will be the determining time. ITEM                                        OPENING Proposal No. RFQ # 185/018/27                                                         October 9, 2026 Recreational Facility Feasibility Study                                                     11:00 AM The Town of Andover is requesting proposals from qualified designer/architect/engineering firms to conduct a Feasibility Study/Facility Assessment at seven town recreational facilities. Specifications and qualification forms may be obtained online at www.andoverma.gov/bids . No proposer may withdraw his proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The contract fee for these services will be $75,000.00. There will be a Mandatory Briefing Session held on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 10:00AM at the Cormier Youth Center, 40 Whittier Court., Andover, Massachusetts, 01810.
