Watertown Housing Development Corporation Request for Services and Proposals for Permanent Supportive Housing Social Services

The Watertown Housing Development Corporation (WHDC) is requesting services and proposals from qualified social service firms, registered in Massachusetts and with relevant experience, to provide Group Home Services for a planned newly constructed Group Home.

Notice to Proceed for construction of the Group Home is expected in Spring 2026 with construction completion and occupancy approximately 12 months later. The anticipated scope of services includes:

• Delivery of comprehensive group home services in a home for five adults with intellectual disabilities
• Coordination with the WHDC, WHA and DDS, and Watertown community partners to begin and continue providing high-quality group home services
