Scope of Services
The District Board of Trustees of Valencia College (hereinafter called the “College”) requests qualification statements from companies interested in doing business with the College. General Contractors (hereinafter called the “Contractor”) must be prequalified to be eligible to compete in construction projects at all dollar levels that arise during the qualification period. All Contractors applying must be licensed as Contractors in the State of Florida, by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, at the time of application and, if a Corporation, registered to operate in the state of Florida by the Department of State, Division of Corporations. Minority participation is encouraged.
The intent of the College is to pre-qualify licensed General Contractors for a one (1) year period with an option to renew pre-qualification certification annually, subject to submission of annual renewal documents.
Qualification Period of this qualification is July 1, 2025-June 30, 2026
