Description:	Project Description: Fort Wayne Parks Department is requesting Quotes, This project involves restoring and coating existing metal and TPO roofing systems across designated areas. The metal panels will be power washed, cleaned of rust and deteriorated coatings, and recoated with Karnak 502 Base and Finish per manufacturer specs. TPO areas will be cleaned and prepared similarly. The scope also includes re-flashing of roof penetrations, removal of abandoned piping, adjustment of PVC conduits, and fascia board replacement, including (1) Add alternate quote for gutter and downspout replacement.
