On behalf of the Group, Riverbend Water Resources District (Riverbend) is hereby inviting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide services for the Benefit and Impact Analysis of the Marvin Nichols Project on Regions C and D. The Consultant must be able to provide a fresh, independent assessment of the study components. Do not provide any fee estimates, pricing, or billing rate information as part of the SOQ submittal .
