Notes
The overall scope of this project includes the construction of a new Public Works Facility building and campus estimated at approximately $35,000,000.00 or renovations/additions to existing buildings and sites to accommodate the same needs. Construction Manager at Risk pre-construction services to include cost estimates, constructibility reviews with feedback, input on potential site(s) feasibility, and participation in design development and concepts with the Owner and Architect. Upon successful development of design and budget, this CMAR contractor would be expected to manage the bid process and manage the actual construction process as well.

A pre-proposal meeting will be held on March 27th, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. central time. Location will be the third floor conference room (Heart of Aggieland) located at City Hall, 1101 Texas Avenue, College Station 77842.
