ADDENDUM NUMBER 1 Revised

This Addendum, applicable to work designated herein, shall be understood to be and is an Addendum

and as such shall be a part of and included in the contract. Contractors are reminded to acknowledge

receipt of this addendum on the submitted Bid Form.

GENERAL ITEMS:

• Item No. 1: Sealed bids will be received by the Guilford County School System until 2:00 pm on

December 17, 2025, at 714 Green Valley Road, Greensboro, North Carolina 27408 in Room 2A,

and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud, to furnish all materials and labor for

the Ragsdale High School – ADA and Bleachers Improvement Stadium Project.

• Item No. 2: The Contractor will be responsible for the permit fees, and the Architect will pay the

review fees and be reimbursed by the Owner.

• Item No. 3: Who is responsible for paying for the 3rd party testing? GCS is responsible for

3rd party testing.

• Item No. 4: Substantial Completion: The Substantial Completion Date for the project is August

14, 2026.

• Item No. 5: Pre-Bid Questions Revised

All pre-bid questions will need to be presented in written or email form no later than today,

December 10, 2025, at 2 pm and will be answered by end of business today in an Addendum # 2

if required.
