The per pupil amount is $1,920 if each youth works themaximum of 120 hours for the duration of the program.Questions: Please elaborate on the requirement for youth presentations. Do presentationshave to be submitted to the City?Answer: Youth participating in both Work Experience Placements and College and CareerEducation Pathways Programs will prepare and deliver a final presentation on their One Providencefor Youth 2026 experience. This will be an opportunity for youth to prepare a presentation and sharetheir work, a skill they will continue to develop throughout their education and career.Presentations may be delivered individually or in groups and partner organizations will determineother key details to meet the needs of and best serve youth participating in their program (such asformat, duration, and topics).Presentations are not required to be submitted to the City.Question: Is there a preferred youth-to-supervisor ratio for One Providence for Youthprogramming?Answer: There are required youth-to-supervisor ratios for One Providence for Youth programs. ForWork Experience Placements, there should be no more than eight youth per supervisor (1:8supervisor to youth ratio). For College and Career Pathways Education Placements, there shouldbe one supervisor or educator for every ten youth (1:10 supervisor to youth ratio).Question: Will awardees use a standard reporting template (timesheets, outcomes, youthevaluations), and can it be shared in advance?Answer: Awardees will use a standard reporting template for key youth demographics andoutcomes.
